Michelle loves to design safe and authentic yoga classes for all levels of ability. She adheres to proper alignment techniques and provides modifications that work specifically for your body.  Using verbal cues, hands-on assists, and yoga props, Michelle’s classes focus on mobility, strengthening & stretching, and connecting breath with movement. Her genuine and down-to-earth teaching style reflects her belief that mindfulness helps to support all aspects of your life, and yoga is the perfect complement to mountain activities.
