Food Services

Food services are not included in the base price of your program.

Lunch and snacks can be added to any program at an additional cost.

Waivers

Prior to your program date, all participants must sign a waiver of liability for Hiking, a waiver of liability for Yoga, and both in the case of a Hiking & Yoga program. Please note, the waivers are linked here for your advanced consideration, but they must be filled out in person and witnessed by Michelle on the first day of your program.

Mountain Weather & Conditions Policy

Mountain weather can be unpredictable and it plays an important role in our trip-planning process. Rockies Hiking & Yoga reserves the right to change or modify the original itinerary based on factors such as weather, trail conditions and closures, and Parks Canada advisories. If conditions are not suitable for practising yoga outside, Michelle will try to arrange an indoor alternative for outdoor yoga sessions, and hiking and yoga programs. This will be communicated within the week leading up to your scheduled program. Please note that modifications to the time and location of your original program may be required, and refunds or price adjustments will not be issued if yoga is moved indoors. In every situation, Michelle will do her absolute best to choose appropriate objectives and alternatives that will give you the best possible experience. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.
