Michelle loves to design safe and unique yoga classes that focus on strengthening & stretching, mobility, and recovery. She adheres to proper alignment techniques that work specifically with your body, and she teaches you how to modify and adjust appropriately, making certain poses more accessible to you.  Using verbal cues, hands-on assists, and yoga props, Michelle’s classes help to sustain you throughout your adventures.  Her natural and down-to-earth teaching approach reflects her belief that safe and supportive yoga movements complement an active Banff and Bow Valley mountain lifestyle.

  • Mountain Mobility | 12-1PM

    After long adventures in the mountains our bodies need time to recover. Take the time to stretch and release in this mobility and recovery focused flow class that will bring healthy movement back to the body as well as utilizing myofascial release with foam rollers and massage balls, targeting tight spots within the body. Take the time for recovery so you can take on more mountain adventures! Beginner friendly.
